I just got into some law trouble on prom night for drinking; and then my dad busts up my mom with news about me going into bars, partying, ect. I really do wanna succeed in my life but in my town its just so hard.. and my parents dont get that. I really wanna try boarding school but they think thats "running away from my problems." Please help.. Oh, but you do still get to have fun there right?!"

Just letting you know that you can’t get caught drinking in boarding school (obviously) or you’ll get kicked out. Plus there’s no bars/partying around so there’s really nothing to do except chill with friends. However, I don’t really think going to boarding school is “running away” from your problems.
